Are There Location/Cage/Systematic Nontreatment Effects in Long-Term Rodent Studies? A Question Revisited

In the evaluation of long-term rodent studies there are typically several hundred statistical tests employed. A number of techniques can be used to evaluate the multiple resultingp values. Afier such overall analysis, numerous examples of location/cage/systematic nontreatment effects can be found in long-term studies.
