ERRATUM

A Novel Nonradioactive Method for Measuring Aromatase Activity Using a Human Ovarian Granulosa-Like Tumor Cell Line and an Estrone ELISA

The following sentences should have read:

Results, Reproducibility of this Aromatase Assay, first sentence: The intra-assay reproducibility of the system was evaluated by calculation of coefficients of variation (CV), where CV = 100% x SD/mean.

Results, Reproducibility of this Aromatase Assay, third sentence: Inter-assay reproducibility in the aromatase assay was determined by comparing the IC50's calculated for each of the triplicate dose-response curves for 4-OHA and imazalil, which were chosen because their inhibitory effects covered a wide concentration range.

The author regrets these errors.
