Results, Experimental Design, first paragraph, second sentence: In the 0.5 nM TCDD group, there was a slight increase in the occurrence of mild pericardial edema, and most embryos showed modest reductions in the rate of blood flow in the tail (Fig. 2).

Results, Metabolic Genes, first paragraph, first sentence: Exposure to TCDD resulted in differential expression of genes involved in multiple metabolic pathways, most notably xenobiotic metabolism (Table 2a).

Discussion, third paragraph, second sentence: Induction of CYP1A is a universal, sensitive response to TCDD exposure in vertebrates, and CYP1B1 induction by TCDD has been observed in several systems (Tang et al., 1996; Walker et al., 1999).
